Where does AIAYU source its materials?
We prioritize natural, long-lasting materials. Our collection features GOTS-certified organic cotton from India, premium llama wool from the Bolivian highlands, and sartorial linen from Europe.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, generally taking 2-5 business days within Europe and 5-10 business days for international destinations.
How do I return or exchange an item?
You can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached. Please visit our returns portal to generate a shipping label.
How should I care for my knitwear?
Natural fibers are self-cleaning to an extent. We recommend airing out your llama wool garments instead of frequent washing. When necessary, hand wash in cold water with a gentle wool detergent and dry flat.
Are your products ethically manufactured?
